How Our Network Brings Value to Payors
Payor contracts include financial incentives for practices to enhance patient outcomes with more-efficient services at a higher quality. Through population health management and care coordination across the continuum of care, the Physician Alliance reduces patients’ need for and use of costly medical services. Our network also helps providers track and measure patient data, making it easier to both demonstrate and improve quality of care.
How Providers Benefit from Value-Based Contracts
In order to ensure providers benefit from the work undertaken to provide superior care at a lower cost, the Physician Alliance has negotiated contracts that allow for additional reimbursement to providers. For each contract, practices receive the participation details before agreeing to participate.
