When you join Adventist HealthCare Physician Alliance, your practice remains independent as you work closely with like-minded providers to enhance patient care and reduce costs.

• Data analysis and quality – We will work with you to help track and report data, as well as identify clinical best practices to deliver optimal care.
• Nurse care navigators – Help your chronically ill patients manage their conditions and access the clinical and social services they need across the continuum of care for better health.
• Robust integrated network – Collaborate closely with engaged providers that are working to provide excellent, cost-efficient care to our community.   
• Payor contracting expertise – Rely on us to negotiate agreements with the region’s top payors on your behalf. You can opt out of any agreement, as well as keep contracts you have outside our network.
• Care management programs – Improve patient outcomes with behavioral health services, medication reviews, diabetes education, weight-loss programs and more.

What’s Required

You continue to manage and make decisions for your practice after joining the Physician Alliance. You must meet the participation requirements, performance standards of payor contracts and our clinical initiatives. There is a low annual membership fee to support our network infrastructure.

Physicians like you lead the Alliance, so you’ll have opportunities to serve in clinical or governance roles while driving improvements in regional healthcare.
